The Kaloko Heights Affordable Housing project, located in Kailua-Kona, is an affordable rental housing project of 100 units that will provide affordable rental housing units for households with children. Residents must meet established low-income guidelines. 5% percent of the units are set aside for eligible households with children that are (1) experiencing homelessness, (2) at-risk of becoming homeless, or (3) transitioning out of an emergency shelter or transitional housing program as certified by a federal- or state-funded homeless service provider.
