Hawaii Island  Community Development Corporation

The Hawaii Island Community Development Corporation (HICDC) is a non-profit housing developer that has coordinated the development of 412 low-income rental units, 174 subdivision lots, and 361 mutual self-help housing units on Hawaii Island.

The mission focus of HICDC is to facilitate the development of housing for low- and moderate-income households through direct development and self-help development coordination.  HICDC currently serves Hawaii Island.

WE NEED YOUR INPUT!

SELF-HELP HOUSING area PREFERENCE SURVEY

HICDC is looking to develop self-help housing in other areas of East Hawaii and is requesting your input in completing our Preference Area Survey (click the link to activate the survey).  This will help HICDC to determine interest options for future housing projects.


We would appreciate your survey response by Friday, May 24, 2024.  The survey will also be posted on our website.
